Position Overview:
As the VP of HR, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our mission of delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.

You will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the cybersecurity industry.
- Design and implement programs for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR-related matters and organizational development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster a high-performance culture.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
