We are growing fast expanding our HR team to power the next stage of our journey.

As Talent Acquisition & HRBP, you’ll play a pivotal, hybrid role: combining hands-on recruiting expertise with strategic HR partnership. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across our GTM group to attract exceptional talent, enhance the employee experience, and shape our evolving culture as we continue to grow.

You Chain of Impact:

  • Be a trusted partner
  • Act as an HR Business Partner to leaders and teams, supporting organization design, growth, engagement, and performance.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees, offering guidance and fostering a positive, inclusive employee experience.
  • Lead recruitment efforts
  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top performers.
  • Drive operational excellence
  • Oversee key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations with efficiency and empathy.
  • Maintain HR data integrity, ensure compliance, and champion best practices in documentation and reporting.
  • Shape culture and development
  • Collaborate on initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, learning, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Support company-wide programs across L&D, employer branding, and DEI.
  • Contribute to scaling a high-performing, values-driven organization during a time of rapid growth.

Requirements

Your Chain of Strengths

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in high-growth tech or startup environments.
  • Experience across core HR cycles—onboarding, performance, HR ops, employee relations.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience and the ability to manage full-cycle hiring.
  • Strong people-partnering skills; able to advise managers and build trust quickly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high bar for candidate and employee experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience working with HRIS + ATS systems.
  • Self-starter who enjoys building programs, processes, and culture from the ground up.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and qualifications.

This role is eligible for Blockaid’s equity program and may include performance-based incentives.

US Range: up to $120,000

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
