We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing R&D team and take an active role in building and scaling core components of our product.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile framework.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, readability, and performance.
• Take ownership of the product, tech stack, and development processes.

Your Chain of Strengths:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python.
• Experience with React and TypeScript - an advantage
• Familiarity with state management libraries.
• At least 4 years of experience in REST API and Backend development.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges with autonomy, top-notch design, and analytical skills.
• A mindset that challenges the status quo, always seeking workflow improvements.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining reusable and maintainable components.
• Experience in writing unit tests and end-to-end.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages.
• Experience addressing performance issues (both in web apps and backend).
