Blockaid builds trust in blockchain technology through better security. Our onchain security platform is trusted by the biggest names in web3—including Coinbase, Metamask, Uniswap, Backpack, Stellar, and more—to detect, understand, and automatically prevent or mitigate damage from fraud, scams, hacks, and financial risks.
We are looking for a high-impact Talent Partner to join our team for a 9-month period. At Blockaid, we don’t just fill seats; we build the future of web3 security. In this role, you will be a true co-pilot to our hiring managers, taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for both global and local roles. We need a "hunter" who thrives on creative sourcing, leverages AI to stay ahead, and has the grit to maintain an exceptionally high hiring bar in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll do:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire hiring process from kickoff to offer, ensuring momentum and removing blockers independently.
- Hiring Partnership: Act as a co-pilot to hiring managers. Challenge assumptions, push for higher standards, and advise on market reality.
- Assessment & Calibration: Vet for both technical "vibe" and cultural alignment; identify red flags early and keep the hiring bar high.
- Data-Backed Decisions: Use funnel metrics and conversion data to optimize pipeline health and drive better hiring outcomes.
- Experience First: Ensure a fast, transparent, and high-touch experience for every candidate, reflecting our brand at every step.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving tech company.
- Sourcing Excellence: A proven "hunter" who builds strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative community outreach.
- AI Fluency: Deeply uses AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and outreach. Treats AI as a real productivity advantage, not a gimmick.
- Business Acumen: Genuinely curious about the product and market; you hire for business impact, not just resume keywords.
- English Level: High-level verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Culture Fit: High energy, fast learner, and extreme owner who thrives on "raising the bar."
