Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a full-time role that will involve a wide range of responsibilities to provide support to executives to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a hybrid role, located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in the company’s office
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations
- Arrange travel itineraries and handle logistics for executive trips
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
Qualifications:
- 2 year minimum experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience in office administration, including managing budgets, schedules, and events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
