We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding and retention, with a strong focus on onboarding excellence. You’ll be responsible for taking 7 customers per month from signed, to live, to successful. What You'll Do:- Lead end-to-end onboarding- Run kickoff calls and align on success metrics- Configure product, integrations, and data flows- Drive fast time-to-value- Build relationships and prevent churn- Identify expansion opportunities Requirements:- 3+ years in Customer Success / Implementation (B2B SaaS)- Early-stage startup experience (10–50 employees)- Strong onboarding experience- CRM expertise (Salesforce / HubSpot)- Ability to manage multiple customers in parallel- MEDDPICC / RevOps background Send us an email with your CV to apply: jobs@dreamhub.ai
