Backed by the founders of MuleSoft, Datadog, and Datorama, we're redefining how go-to-market teams operate by leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and machine learning to automate workflows, surface deep business insights, and eliminate manual data entry. We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Applied AI / LLM) to join our AI team and own major parts of our AI platform. You'll design, build, evaluate, and deploy production AI systems powered by LLMs, AI agents, retrieval, and enterprise data—working closely with Product and Engineering to shape the future of AI-native CRM. What You'll Do: Design, build, and deploy production AI systems powered by LLMs and AI agents; Develop intelligent workflows using structured outputs, tool calling, retrieval, and reasoning techniques; Build evaluation frameworks and automated testing to continuously improve AI quality; Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data to power AI-driven customer experiences; Design scalable, production-ready AI pipelines; Evaluate emerging AI models while balancing quality, latency, and cost; Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to integrate AI capabilities across the platform; Write clean, production-quality Python code and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied AI, Machine Learning, or a similar role; Proven experience building production AI systems using LLMs; Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, or multi-step LLM workflows; Strong Python software engineering skills; Experience evaluating and improving LLM performance; Experience working with structured and unstructured data; B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field; High ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
