We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Strategic Pursuits Coordinator to manage our business-to-government intelligence efforts, focusing on live procurements across the US and Europe (with a specific emphasis on the UK and France). The role involves utilizing various platforms for searches, evaluating procurement opportunities, and assisting in vendor enrollment management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in HubSpot and fluency in French are advantageous.

Job description


Procurement Intelligence Management:

  • Monitor and analyze procurement websites and platforms daily, identifying relevant opportunities.
  • Evaluate procurement leads and qualify them using designated criteria.
  • Utilize HubSpot for prequalification submissions and track progress accordingly.
  • Assist in managing vendor enrollment processes, ensuring seamless access to procurement documents.

Content Development and Management:

  • Assist in the development and updating of content related to procurement processes and requirements.
  • Effectively manage content placement and updates in Exodigo's sales enablement platform (Enablix).
  • Clearly communicate to sales and proposals team to ensure utilization of new and updated content and resources.

Sales Support & Enablement:

  • Support sales leads in identifying prime partners for subcontracting opportunities.
  • Pull attendee lists from pre-bid meetings for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with sales leads and business analysts to assess and pursue opportunities for partnerships with prime bidders.

Process Optimization:

  • Implement and refine processes for efficient procurement tracking and content/knowledge management.
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence to established processes by sales and proposal teams.


  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to think critically and improve bid search criteria.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop and update content.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in French is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with CRM, business-to-government intelligence, sales enablement, and proposal management platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
