Job description
Exodigo is seeking for Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager you will be a significant role in ensuring project success, standardizing deliverables, and client satisfaction. You will be the cornerstone in maintaining our reputation as the new gold standard for non-intrusive discovery.
Key responsibilities:
- Design or performance utility systems for large-scale infrastructure projects especially in the field of transportation,
- Manage utility aspects of projects, including phasing, relocation, and the development of utility matrices.
- Create and review conceptual plans for utility relocation, proposing optimized solutions that minimize project disruption and cost.
- Have experience working with customers work with leading clients in the world of transportation / mass transportation
- Experience in planning and/or executing mass transportation projects such as light rail, metro, national rail- Must
- Possess knowledge or expertise in one of the following areas: infrastructure engineering, coordination and copying infrastructure copying, or planning or execution of infrastructures.
- Work with an engineering program in the fields of infrastructure, preferably with experience on transportation projects and specifically with trains/metro/railways.
- Be familiar with the infrastructure market, including government companies, planning institutions, municipalities, engineering and planning companies, infrastructure owners, contractors and more.
- Have knowledge and experience in engineering planning software such as: CAD, Auto CAD. Familiarity with advanced negotiations such as BIM / Civil 3d is a bonus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineeringor urban planning/architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) with a strong focus on complex infrastructure projects- advantage
- Experience in planning and/or executing mass transportation projects such as light rail, metro, national rail- Must
- Proficiency in CAD, Autodesk and GIS. With strong skills in handling formats and engineering deliverables
- Team player with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
