Job description

  • Promoting and managing infrastructure projects and responding to all related factors.
  • Coordinating engagement processes with external consultants, project managers, and working ongoingly with consultants, dealing with bureaucratic barriers and eliminating them.
  • Guiding project managers and consultants on the quality of planning, infrastructure coordination, and control plans.
  • Coordinating and synchronizing with relevant municipal authorities or any other hindering factors.
  • Handling and tracking payments to suppliers and creating a toolbox for operation, if necessary.
  • Managing ongoing planning and engineering issues related to projects. • Working with contractors and conducting field supervision.
  • Working with contractors and going out for supervision in the field.
  • Preparing and writing bills of quantities, analyzing and comparing price offers.
  • Organizing and controlling the usage of OFFICE programs and CAD software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, building engineering, infrastructure, or prior experience – mandatory.
  • Experience in the field of construction or infrastructure - mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Excel and computerized systems- mandatory.
  • Willingness to work with municipal authorities - mandatory.
  • Ability to learn quickly and diligence - mandatory.
  • High drafting ability in writing and on paper – mandatory.
  • Ability to cope with pressure, schedules and working at unusual hours.
