Job description

We are looking for someone to join our amazing adventure!

We are looking for HR Generalist to join us at Exodigo.

  • Provide ongoing support to managers, employees, and the HR team regarding HR systems such as HiBob, Comeet, and Juno Journey.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
  • Continuously improve and streamline HR processes and workflows within our systems.
  • Design and implement an annual wellbeing plan that enhances employee experience and aligns with both strategic and operational goals.
  • Oversee employee wellness programs, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and impactful.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and collaborate closely with Payroll and Finance to maintain data alignment.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Support key HR operations such as performance reviews, goal setting, learning and development, engagement surveys, and benefits coordination.
  • Drive employee engagement and wellbeing through creative initiatives such as recognition programs, company events, birthday and holiday celebrations, fun days, volunteer activities, and more.
  • Maintain and analyze compensation surveys, managing data inputs and outputs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with HR, Finance, and Legal to support company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience as HRIS specialist/ HR generalist / C&B analyst/ HR consulting
  • Excellent technical & analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good understanding of main HR processes and practices around employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in C&B is an advantage
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Global experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew
