• Work closely with data analysis and mapping teams to produce 2D and 3D composite utility maps.
• Integrate company GIS-based models into MicroStation projects and ensure compatibility with the CDE.
• Generate and manage 2D and 3D models, incorporating map data (manholes, lines, depths) into daily drafting models.
• Establish and maintain company templates in MicroStation for consistent, composite utility modeling.
• Produce and manage drawings to meet UK BIM standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and achieving RIBA BIM Level 2 and 3.
• Work with reality capture data, such as LiDAR and drone imagery, to create realistic utility models and integrate them into the BIM workflow.
• Produce 3D models under the direction of engineering experts, incorporating multiple data sets (e.g., LiDAR scans, GIS data, CAD designs) that contribute to the Digital Twin of underground utilities.
• Integrate these 3D models into Federated Models, ensuring they align with the standards and specifications managed by the client or construction agency's BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and technical communication.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work with engineers and project management teams.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and addressing technical issues.
• Proficiency in handling metadata and integrating it into BIM models.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with global teams.
• Proficiency in working with Bentley MicroStation CE to produce advanced CAD models that can be seamlessly integrated with ProjectWise for efficient document and data management.
• Ability to develop 3D models that are adaptable and meet the BIM requirements of the federated model for the project, ensuring they align with the standards set by the client or the construction agency's BIM Manager.
• Experience with reality capture technologies (LiDA photogrammetry, drone surveying) is a bonus.
