Job description
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities
- Monthly trial balance closing for a full monthly financial closing- Record journal entries for daily financial transactions or as needed for areas Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and Accrued Expenses. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of account reconciliations for these areas, revaluations as well as for intercompany transactions, for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial close processes
- Bank and Credit card reconciliations
- Perform and/or review invoicing & collections activities related to Order to Cash (OTC) process
- Support any internal or external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors
- Review and record reimbursements of employees’ travel and expense reports
Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3 at least) and Certified payroll accountant
- At least 6 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the High-Tech industry preferred)
- Experience with integrated ERP solutions (experience with NetSuite preferred).
- Experience with Travel and expense tools
- Excellent communication skills with different business units within the company
- English- fluent both written and verbal
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion
- High level of Excel skills
- Very organized, excellent multi-tasking abilities, outstanding attention to detail, and great time management skills
- Willing to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle
- Hands-on approach
