The Project Manager will oversee and manage large infrastructure projects in the Northwest of the US. This role involves coordinating with teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in utility locating technologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects related to utility locating technology, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize project processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience managing projects in the utility locating or related industry.
• Strong understanding of utility locating technology, including GPR, electromagnetic locating, and CAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading project teams to successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the utility locating field.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with underground utility mapping and surveying techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines related to utility locating.
• Knowledge of CAD software and applications.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
