Job description
This role is primarily focused on HR Operations and HRIS (approximately 80%), with a smaller HRBP component (approximately 20%).
You’ll support and optimize core HR processes, systems, and data to ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, while also partnering with one of our business units and provide day-to-day HRBP support and guidance.
It’s a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and enabling the business through strong HR infrastructure.
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from pre-boarding through onboarding, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, including travel policies, internal mobility guidelines, and general compliance processes.
- Serve as the HRBP partner for one business unit, providing hands-on operational and day-to-day support.
Systems & Data Management
- Own the ongoing optimization of HR systems, including implementation assistance, feature rollouts, maintenance coordination, and user training.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR platforms.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards that provide insights and visibility to HR Leads and managers.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner on cross-organizational HR processes such as talent management cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, offsite planning, and compensation processes.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Legal teams to support joint initiatives, including budget tracking and data improvement efforts.
- Provide market benchmark data and compensation insights in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS roles or similar, within a high-growth tech environment.
- A strong interest in technology and AI, with experience supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Proficiency with HiBob (or similar HRIS) is highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Monday.com.
- A proactive, hands-on team player with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented mindset.
- High level of English.
