We seek a highly skilled and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) plans from inception to completion, leveraging your creative concepts in a highly competitive and enjoyable environment. Your efforts will ensure that Finout’s solution reaches the right audience at the right time and with the right messaging and tone.


  • Strategic Ownership: Lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans from inception to completion, leveraging your creative concepts and pushing for results with a constant aspiration to improve and challenge marketing conceptions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to brief and execute top-tier campaigns, building Finout’s brand, guiding prospects, and supporting the adoption of new features for customers globally.
  • Original ideas: Finout solution is part of a competitive market; you should bring to the table fresh ideas that might require a certain risk/reward ratio; it’s not all LinkedIn ads and blogs.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay attuned to industry trends and integrate them with Finout’s unique tone, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies, leveraging analytics and key performance indicators to measure campaign success using Hubspot (deep understanding of Hubspot is an advantage).
  • Content Creation: Generate versatile content pieces that break B2B norms and embody Finout's genuine voice, including paid and organic marketing, email campaigns, microcopy, webinars, events, and more.


  • Experience: Over 5 years in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to FinOps, but DevOps or security solutions can also present an advantage. Notable expertise in PMM, SEO, Marcom, or Demand-gen should be highlighted.
  • Proven track record of actionable creativity: Turn creative ideas into practical actions and execution plans. It could be Marcom or Demand-gen, but it should be original.
  • Language Proficiency: Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
  • Self-motivation: Set and achieve targets independently. Nothing is beyond your job description.
  • Content Management: Efficiently create content that aligns with Finout's objectives throughout the customer journey.
  • Results Driven: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Team Player: A true team player who collaborates effectively.
