We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our global team.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at BlueSnap, you will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and provide high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

We work in a hybrid work mode and are located in Herzliya.

Your day-to-day work:

• Lead multiple projects concurrently, overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned project deliverables within established timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project progress, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Coordinate and execute various project tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and insights to support project planning and decision-making.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager from a Tech. company with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with project management tools and software such as JIRA/Monday.com.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
