The Data Operations team is looking for a Data Ops Specialist- Quality Management team member. The key objectives of this role are:

-Ensuring that the system outputs we provide are of the highest quality, with as few technical and annotation errors as possible

-Make changes to configurations and digital maps to provide more accurate order summaries

-Deeply understand the interactions between the warehouse, the annotators, and the company's software systems to identify issues and suggest solutions

Role Responsibilities:

-Creating and adjusting digital maps of warehouses

-QA and investigation of the system's outputs to understand how and why they are inaccurate

-Identify bugs in the system and escalate them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

-Identify annotation errors, and communicate them to the annotation teams, guiding annotation teams towards their KPIs

-Logging, analyzing, and presenting the results of QA to relevant stakeholders, including Dev, Product, Customer Success, and the customers themselves.

-Excellent written and oral English is required

*The position is based in our TLV offices near Savidor train station, working 1 day a week from home
