About The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role (4 days at the office, 1 day remote) for a lead full stack developer experienced with SaaS application to join our Engineering team.

As a Lead Full Stack developer, you will take full responsibility and ownership of our video platform, from conception through development and production maintenance.

In addition, you will be the go-to person for certain features and aspects of the system.

Job involves working closely with stakeholders in the company (Product, data ops and project managers), representing the development team’s point of view.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React.
• 6+ years of experience in developing web applications and backend programming.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• 6+ years experience in software development of a mission-critical system
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with maintaining production systems.
• 2+ years experience with such as Git version control system
• Have a strong sense of ownership excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with real-time video processing and streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with S.O.L.I.D. principals
• Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision algorithms
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments.
