We’re looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our business and tech teams, help shape our commercial processes, and grow your in-house legal experience in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do

• Support commercial and legal matters and advise on corporate ongoing corporate requirements across the company;
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (SaaS licensing agreements, services agreements, partner agreements etc.);
• Work closely with Company’s stakeholders, including our Sales team, to support the Company’s sales operations;
• Help support compliance and regulatory efforts across the company, including providing advice on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI regulation requirements;
• Assist with internal legal processes and documentation

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial law, either at a law firm or in-house
• Strong interest in technology and business environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Hebrew)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Licensed to practice law in Israel
