Marketing Operations & Programs Coordinator
Hybrid • Full-Time
We’re looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Marketing Operations & Programs Coordinator to keep our fast-moving marketing engine running smoothly. You’ll manage HubSpot day-to-day, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and jump in wherever needed. This could include reporting and automation to social scheduling and event logistics. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both systems and storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub setup, automation, and data hygiene.
- Build forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards that power campaigns and reporting.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across campaigns, content, and events.
- Support campaign execution — QA emails, update landing pages, post to social channels.
- Partner with Growth, Developer, and Partner Marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain clean tracking and reporting for all marketing programs.
- Experiment with AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in marketing coordination, operations, or project management (HubSpot experience required).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action — you notice broken links, missing tags, and messy data.
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Google Sheets, and basic design or CMS platforms (Canva, Webflow).
- Curiosity about AI and automation in modern marketing.
