We’re looking for our first Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing global People team! In this role, you’ll build and scale pipelines for our most strategic technical hires across R&D and Engineering, helping ensure we consistently attract high-quality talent for our most critical teams.

This is a proactive, data-driven role where you’ll help shape how we source and attract top technical talent. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and deliver strong, consistent pipelines.

This is an on-site position based in Tel-Aviv.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Pipeline Generation: Conduct deep, proactive market mapping and candidate reach out of target companies and teams to identify and engage top-notch talents, moving beyond reactive applicants and low-signal channels.
  • Go beyond traditional sourcing channels: Identify talent through communities, open-source ecosystems, events, and non-obvious talent signals.
  • Quality: Identify and engage top-tier talent while maintaining a high standard for candidate quality, not just outreach volume.
  • Candidate experience: providing a professional, outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
  • Targeted Outreach: Execute personalized and compelling outreach campaigns to candidates.
  • Lead Nurturing: Continuously nurture high-potential leads in the pipeline through strategic communication, ensuring a positive long-arc candidate relationship.
  • AI efficiency: Experiment with emerging AI sourcing tools and technologies to improve talent discovery, research depth, and outreach personalization.
  • Referral Generation: Directly support the referral program by owning "Sourcer generated referrals" and looking into past leads for re-engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting within a high-growth SaaS, Infra, or Developer Tools company.
  • Proven expertise in active sourcing for highly technical roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on process efficiency and data-driven pipeline health.
  • Be a People person. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster deep partnerships within the organization and create an authentic, high-touch connection with every candidate.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms to uncover hidden talent pools, automate workflows, and optimize search efficiency.
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and founders to articulate a compelling technical story to potential candidates.
  • Expert-level command of advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and automation tools.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates within high-signal communities such as Linkedin, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical forums.
  • Fluency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Comeet is an advantage.
  • Experience using data analytics tools to create ongoing reports and dashboards on conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source-of-hire effectiveness.
