We’re growing fast and we need accurate data to guide our decisions. We’re looking for you, a People Operations and Analytics who is passionate about people analytics, comp and ben, automating workflows and managing people systems.

This is an on-site position based in Tel-Aviv.

What You’ll Do:

  • Systems Management & Optimization: Act as the primary global administrator of our people systems. Continuously evolve our workflows, focusing on process automation, system integrations, and ensuring the HRIS remains the "source of truth."
  • People Analytics & Dashboards: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from maintaining data hygiene to building automated dashboards that track KPIs such as hiring data, turnover and headcount growth.
  • Compensation & Total Rewards: Manage the company’s compensation bands and lead the operational side of salary review cycles, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal budgets.
  • Payroll & Finance Interface: Ensuring all comp changes, bonuses, and benefits are accurately reflected and communicated between HR and Finance.
  • Impact & Efficiency: Raise the bar on how HR operates - making it faster, smarter, and more impactful.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in People Operations, Data Analytics or similar roles in a startup environment.
  • A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster deep and collaborative partnerships.
  • Power-user experience managing HiBob to maximize system efficiency and automated workflows, including the interface with ATS such as Comeet.
  • A strong background in global compensation operations, including building salary structures, market benchmarking, and leveraging job evaluation techniques to ensure a seamless and 100% accurate payroll interface.
  • Advanced Excel analytical skills, with a proven ability to turn data into clear, visual, and actionable People dashboards and insights.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Hands-on mindset with AI tools, workflow automation, or building agents.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information while working closely with the Finance and Legal team.
  • Fluent English – a must.
