Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own and evolve the CF product vision and roadmap, aligned with Overwolf’s strategic goals.
- Lead user research efforts through interviews, surveys, and meaningful player interactions.
- Prioritize and groom sprints ahead, focusing on real user pains, critical bugs, and growth opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven product improvements to grow DAU, retention, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain updated SWOT and competitive analyses, sharing actionable insights across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to launch high-impact features.
- Set clear KPIs, rigorously track outcomes, and optimize post-launch performance.
- Champion product discovery, rapidly validating ideas and learning directly from users.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and across the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in gaming, consumer tech, or related fields.
- Gamer with a strong connection to WoW and other modding communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong track record of shipping user-driven features and continuous improvements.
- Excellent prioritization skills, balancing user needs, technical realities, and business goals.
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams (sprint planning, grooming, backlog management).
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gaming culture and communities.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership mentality, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
