We’re on the hunt for a fearless Senior Business Development Manager to champion Overwolf’s growth and expand our impact across the gaming world.

As our Business Development Captain, you’ll chart new paths for CurseForge for Studios – building powerful partnerships with game developers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring Overwolf’s tech becomes the go-to solution for studios embracing in-game creation and mods.

This role is open to US residents based in the West Coast / Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic business and go-to-market plans to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key partners – from game studios to developer ecosystems.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and clients, delivering compelling presentations and demos.
  • Design, evaluate, and optimize sales campaigns and partner communications.
  • Represent Overwolf at regional and international conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the games industry.
  • Active gamer, regularly playing 2-3 hardcore titles.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others grow.
  • High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, representing Overwolf with credibility and confidence.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to shared goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to connect with creators, gamers, developers, and studios.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times a year for international conferences.
