Description
We’re on the hunt for a bold CRM Manager to join our Growth Team and craft smart, data-driven lifecycle journeys that deepen player engagement and drive meaningful business impact.
As a CRM Manager at Overwolf, you’ll manage and execute CRM activities across multiple channels, including email and in-app assets. Your mission: deliver the right message to the right players at the right moment. Your goal: to boost app usage, increase sessions, and time spent, while supporting growth goals across Overwolf’s ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams on campaigns and initiatives, and become part of our mighty pack.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own and execute CRM activities that improve retention, conversion, and engagement, including app opens, sessions, and time spent
- Plan, build, and optimize CRM campaigns and automations using segmentation, personalization, and testing
- Initiate and manage marketing and product activities, including challenges and rewards, from launch through performance analysis and iteration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Creative teams to design initiatives that support company KPIs
- Monitor performance, analyze results, report insights, and recommend improvements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retention or CRM marketing activities
- Strong communication skills with proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and processes, including segmentation, journeys or workflows, triggers, and loyalty programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets to drive decisions
- Proven ability to own projects end to end and drive initiatives from idea to measurable results
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
