Description

We’re on the hunt for a Roblox Operations Manager to join our pack. This future wolf is proactive, technically savvy, and comfortable owning both product and operational execution.

As a Roblox Operations Manager, you will own Overwolf’s Roblox partnerships end to end. You’ll work closely with Roblox studios, creators, and internal teams to define, launch, and scale our presence in the Roblox ecosystem. Your focus will be on long-term value creation through strong partnerships, live-ops excellence, and community engagement.

You’ll act as the internal voice of our partners and ensure our Roblox strategy is executed effectively across product, go-to-market, and operations. This role blends partner management, business ownership, and hands-on execution across multiple projects, aligned with priorities set by general managers, technical stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own day-to-day relationships with Roblox studio partners
  • Lead ongoing partner conversations to gather product feedback, review performance, and define next steps
  • Own each partner’s P&L from Overwolf’s perspective, acting as a DevRel and ecosystem business owner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational, business, and strategic topics
  • Oversee community live-ops activities across partnered Roblox games
  • Initiate and execute new ideas to increase engagement and live-ops success

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the Roblox ecosystem, gaming platforms, or UGC-based products
  • Proven experience in partnership management, operations, DevRel, live-ops, or ecosystem roles
  • Hands-on experience working directly with game studios, creators, or developer communities
  • Strong understanding of live service games, community management, and engagement strategies
  • Experience owning or contributing to business performance metrics such as KPIs, revenue, or P&L
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-moving environments
  • Native-level English, spoken and written
