Description
We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager with deep ad tech experience to work on complex advertising systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on translating business and monetization requirements into precise technical specifications, working hands-on with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable ad tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical execution of ad tech products, including ad serving, monetization, yield optimization, reporting, and third-party integrations
- Work hands-on with engineering teams on APIs, system behavior, data flows, and scalability considerations
- Translate monetization, operations, and platform requirements into detailed product requirements, technical specs, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and maintain integrations with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, header bidding partners, identity solutions, and measurement vendors
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical product issues related to latency, data discrepancies, revenue accuracy, and system reliability
- Support experimentation and optimization frameworks, including A/B testing, feature flags, and revenue experiments
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in ad tech (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems: ad servers, programmatic,
- SSPs/DSPs, header bidding, OpenRTB, auctions, yield optimization
- High technical fluency, with the ability to work directly with logs, browser developer tools, APIs, SQL queries, data schemas etc
- Familiarity with web technologies and constraints, including HTTP, JavaScript, cookies, privacy, and consent frameworks
