Description

We’re looking for a Programmatic Partnerships Manager to join a growing team at Overwolf. This individual will own and scale our programmatic partnerships, driving revenue growth through optimization, strong partner relationships, and operational excellence.

As a Programmatic Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and monetization partners, take full ownership of programmatic revenue performance, and work closely with internal stakeholders to improve yield, product offerings, and partner success through data-driven decision-making and joint planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Overwolf’s programmatic partnership strategy with SSPs, DSPs, and monetization partners
  • Own programmatic revenue performance, targets, and partner-level KPIs
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, proactively identifying optimization, growth, and risk areas
  • Drive ongoing yield optimization across programmatic demand sources
  • Manage operational success of partnerships, including integrations, troubleshooting, and campaign setup
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover monetization insights and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams to improve programmatic offerings

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, programmatic video/display, and yield optimization
  • Publisher or ad network experience
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience managing partners or customers and driving performance
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and ownership-driven, with experience working with international partners
