About the Role:

Piiano is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join us as our Founding Account Executive. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders (CEO and CTO), playing a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy and shaping its future success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and CMO to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prospecting using Linkedin Sales Navigator and other leading tools.
  • Generate and manage an opportunity pipeline large enough (3x) to support annual revenue targets.
  • Meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated pipeline and forecasts in company CRM and reports.
  • Maximize use of inbound leads and website visitors to drive sales growth.
  • Operate within a structured, data-driven, and methodical framework.
  • Participate and communicate with all relevant company key players.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales in the app-sec space.
  • 3+ years experience in a software based technology startup.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (DevOps, Developers/Engineering, CTOs, CISOs).
  • Entrepreneurial go-getter mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach, hunter mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Experience as a full sales-cycle account executive with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, and you are a team player.
  • Bonus: working with Israeli companies, understanding Israeli work mentality.
