WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a driven and organized young professional to manage our Amsterdam office on a part-time basis, with the potential for this role to evolve into a full-time People Team position. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys administrative tasks, and is keen on creating a positive office culture. You’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while gaining valuable insights into HR functions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Office Space Management: Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring supplies such as snacks and office materials are stocked.

  • Social Activities: Coordinate office social events to foster a collaborative and fun workplace culture.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage WeWork access and other operational tools, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

  • HR Support: As the role evolves, assist with HR tasks such as admin and onboarding.

  • Mail Handling: Collect, distribute, and organize incoming and outgoing office mail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Based in or around Amsterdam.

  • Flexibility in working 2-3 days per week, with potential for growth into a full-time role.
