WHO YOU ARE

Qogita is on a mission to revolutionize wholesale. Our affiliate marketing program is a key driver of that success. We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Affiliate Marketing Intern to help us expand and manage our affiliate network across Europe. If you’re excited about building relationships, honing your marketing skills, and making a real impact, we’d love to have you on board!

As an Affiliate Marketing Intern, you’ll be nurturing, scaling, and potentially taking over our affiliate marketing growth arm. You’ll be supporting one of Qogita’s key growth levers by building and maintaining partnerships that drive new and returning customers to Qogita.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

You will join a small, close-knit, and highly diverse team of Qogitians. Our growth team plays a vital role in the company's success. This team executes tactics targeting rapid growth through experimental cross-channel marketing campaigns. We encourage idea-sharing, experimentation, and continuous learning, ensuring that you grow both personally and professionally within the company.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Managing the Affiliate Pipeline: Assist in onboarding new affiliate partners to ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets.

  • Affiliate Prospecting: Research and qualify potential affiliate partners across Europe, identifying those who align with our goals and brand values.

  • Application Qualification: Evaluate inbound affiliate applications to find the best-fit partners for Qogita.

  • Relationship Management: Support ongoing relationships with brand ambassadors and partners, ensuring they remain motivated and excited to promote Qogita.

  • Pitching and Negotiations: Help pitch Qogita’s affiliate program to prospective partners, negotiate partnership terms, and secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Invoicing and Payments: Keep things running smoothly by managing invoices and ensuring partners are paid on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Not mandatory but preferred to be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to people, whether it’s over video calls, email, or the phone. You can articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience in sales, retail or other customer-facing roles is a plus!

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organization skills and attention to detail.

  • You’re empathetic and great at building rapport with others, making you a natural at managing partnerships.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Based in the Netherlands, a plus if based in Amsterdam (because you can come visit our office and meet the team in person!)

  • Fluent in English and an additional European language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian or German)

  • [HUGE BONUS] Comfortable getting in front of a camera to help the growth team create content quickly.

This is a full-time position, but we may consider part-time for longer engagements. The internship is based in Amsterdam, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
