About the Job
Qogita.com is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our supplier base in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Health & Beauty industry, coupled with extensive knowledge of distribution channels for products such as selective perfumes, cosmetics, mass-market items, and hairdressing products.
With experience working alongside manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, or traders of health and beauty products, you’ll bring valuable insights and expertise to the role. As part of our dynamic Supplier Growth team, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding high-value suppliers, managing deals within your pipeline, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Expanding our supplier base in designated markets, with a focus on the Health & Beauty sector.
Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, stock levels, integrations, and automations.
Identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new suppliers while delivering exceptional service and support throughout the onboarding process.
Managing and converting deals in your pipeline, driving substantial revenue growth from your portfolio.
Demonstrating the value of Qogita's platform and services to suppliers, aiming to elevate them to strategic partner status.
Exploring opportunities to provide additional benefits and services to suppliers, enhancing their experience and driving mutual growth.
Working closely with your manager and team to develop strategies for expanding Qogita’s supplier network, improving core commercial metrics, and enhancing supplier satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in the Health & Beauty industry, with a strong understanding of distribution channels for products like selective perfumes, cosmetics, mass-market items, and hairdressing products.
Demonstrated success working with manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, or traders of health and beauty products.
Fluency in English, French (C2/Native proficiency), and Italian (C2/Native proficiency); other European languages are a bonus.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management with a focus on driving revenue and supplier growth.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Based in Europe with valid work permit.
