WHO YOU ARE

You are a seasoned UX/UI professional with 7+ years of experience driving impactful design solutions and leading product vision. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating across teams to solve complex business problems through innovative design. A natural leader, you mentor and develop designers while shaping long-term product strategy. Your communication skills and adaptability enable you to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful user experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Drive UX solutions of business problems

  • Ensure success of UX solution to a business problem

  • Identify and prioritise UX/UI issues with estimated impact

  • Lead the longer term UX experience of Qogita

  • Lead long term vision and strategy of product design internally at Qogita, including owning the design system

  • People manage and coach other designers

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI roles

  • Proven track record of leading UX solutions

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers and other departmental stakeholders

  • You thrive in fast-pace environments and embrace ambiguity
