WHO YOU ARE
Qogita.com is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your main responsibility will be ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers as they transition from the sales phase to becoming active clients. You will manage the early stages of the customer relationship, ensuring successful implementation, while actively cross-selling and upselling Qogita's services to maximize revenue. Collaboration with your manager and team will be key to developing strategies that boost revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth within your accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Onboard new buyers ensuring their understanding of our value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, assisting with their orders and needs to encourage higher monthly spending with Qogita
Drive revenue growth within your account portfolio and ensure revenue retention
Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure and maintain a smooth buyer process

Reconnect with lost customers, identify their pain points, and work to win them back
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently
Honesty and integrity, being able to own up to your mistakes
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs.
Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role is a plus
