About the Role
We're seeking a versatile Performance Marketing Associate to join our digital marketing team. This role requires someone who thrives in both creative and analytical environments - crafting compelling ad copy in the morning and diving deep into performance data in the afternoon. You'll primarily focus on managing and optimizing our Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to drive measurable business results.

What You'll be Working On:
Manage day-to-day operations of Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and video
Create and execute paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Write engaging ad copy and develop creative concepts for both search and social campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
Perform keyword research and implement strategic bidding approaches
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
Create comprehensive performance reports with clear recommendations
Stay current with platform updates and emerging best practices
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns

Assist with budget management and forecasting
Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Experience with paid social advertising on at least one major platform (ideally Meta)
Strong copywriting skills with ability to create compelling ad content
Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-heavy environments
Demonstrated understanding of PPC fundamentals and campaign structure
Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and social ad platforms
Basic understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Able to rigorously and systematically formalize hypotheses
