You have:
10 years of combined experience in investment banking or consulting and technology companies / scaleups
The exceptional skill to switch context, a phenomenal multi-tasking ability and extreme breadth and versatility
Sharp capability to think strategically and execute with precision. You can lead initiatives from ideation through to delivery, balancing short-term goals with long-term company objectives.
Hands-on experience managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and influencing senior leadership in a rapidly evolving organization.
A highly analytical mindset that allows you to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Working On
You really are a swiss knife, enjoying change and fluidity. Indicatively, you ll be working on areas, such as:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and drive key strategic initiatives.
Leadership of Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact projects, working closely with multiple tech and commercial departments.
CEO Strategic Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, assisting in decision-making, managing key internal and external relationships, and ensuring that organizational priorities are met effectively.
Interim Team Management: Lead actual business areas and manage teams temporarily as business needs require.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving internal processes, streamlining communication, and enhancing team productivity. Drive initiatives to increase operational efficiency across the organization.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication, ensuring alignment, and removing bottlenecks to achieve organizational goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance metrics and track progress for strategic initiatives. Regularly report to senior leadership on project statuses, challenges, and opportunities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify innovative solutions to solve business challenges and drive organizational success.
