Who you are

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (preferably in B2B sales).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for growing the business and exceeding targets.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (such as Spanish, French, German, Polish, or a Nordic language) are a plus.

  • Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.

What you'll be working on

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative

to join our sales team in Amsterdam on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a critical part

in generating new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and driving revenue

growth through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new leads.

  • Lead Generation: Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, converting them into sales opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship-building.

  • Sales Pitching: Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value of Qogita’s solutions.

  • Follow-Up: Managing follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and ensure continued engagement.

  • Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets.

  • CRM Management: Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the wider sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve company-wide goals.
