Who you are

We’re now seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our Supply Success function, driving the growth and retention of the thousands of buyers who rely on Qogita every day.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, ideally in high-growth, B2B tech or marketplace environments.

  • Proven track record of leading global teams and delivering measurable impact on growth and retention.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and bias for action.

  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management.

  • Skilled in using CRM and success tools to automate workflows and scale operations.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English: additional European languages are a plus.

  • Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.

What you'll be working on

We are looking for a fast-paced, strategic, and operationally strong Supply Success Manager to lead growth and retention efforts for over 10,000 buyers across various customer profiles. This role is pivotal in driving value for our customers and ensuring Qogita remains the preferred platform for supply chain procurement. You will build and manage a high-performing, globally distributed Success team while designing and executing scalable success strategies.

  • Own and drive buyer-side success, growth, and retention across a diverse customer base.

  • Develop and scale global Success structures that address different customer ICPs and lifecycle stages.

  • Hire, manage, and mentor a high-impact global team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and performance.

  • Build playbooks, automation, and tooling to drive efficiency and maximize customer value.

  • Leverage data and customer insights to optimize onboarding, activation, and expansion strategies.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Supply, and Commercial teams to align Success initiatives with company goals.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
