You are a driven and curious individual currently finalizing studies for a degree in a STEM field, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline. You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll play a key role in assisting our operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes and contribute to Qogita’s mission of delivering exceptional service standards.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• A strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal English, and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using tools like admin portals, CRMs, monitoring systems (training will be provided), and business analytics tools.
• A love for technology (you like to tinker!) and curious mindset (you want to learn and grow)
• Based or able to travel to the Amsterdam office at least 4 times per week.
• Enrolled in a Dutch university with a right to work in the Netherlands.
• Available to join in March or April 2026.

What you'll be working on

• Assist in managing operations, including metrics and performance, tracking, supplier coordination and unblocking operational issues
• Work closely with our suppliers to deliver the best experience possible (fast, reliable delivery) to our end customers
• Help improve internal processes for shipping, and warehouse management
• Work with the logistics team to monitor and track shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes
• Contribute to projects focused on enhancing logistics performance, reducing costs, and improving supply chain efficiency
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners
• Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our operations
• Play a vital role in Qogita’s success by building and refining processes that keep our operations running smoothly.
