We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Amsterdam. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for cold acquisition, proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. You’ll engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify leads and secure meetings for the Account Executive team. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing relationships with leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the next stage of the sales process. We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Amsterdam. What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (internship experience counts)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage cold leads and build rapport quickly
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset, comfortable in high-volume outbound environments
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work with CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar)
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Based in Amsterdam
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold Acquisition: Proactively reach out to new prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Qogita’s platform and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of prospects to determine whether they’re sales-qualified leads for the Account Executive team.
- Booking Meetings: Secure meetings with qualified leads to set the stage for deeper conversations with Account Executives.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver impactful and concise sales pitches to engage prospects and spark interest in Qogita’s offerings.
- Follow-Up & Engagement: Manage follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships, keeping them engaged and moving through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in our CRM to track progress and inform the sales process.
