We are looking for a motivated and curious Account Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the management of a portfolio of ~100 buyers, helping to drive growth and improve retention.

This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of account management, build relationships over the phone, and gain hands-on experience working with multiple buyers each day. We’re looking for someone who is organised, data-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Who you are
  • Fluent in English & Polish

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently

  • Honesty and integrity, being able to own up to your mistakes

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • A drive to learn new things

  • An ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs

  • Available to join in April 2026

What you'll be working on
  • Scale multi-channel campaigns for your portfolio

  • High touch phone based engagement

  • Onboarding new buyers

  • Re-activating churned buyers

  • Managing retention campaigns

  • Testing new initiatives and creating playbooks

  • Use automation, and tooling to drive efficiency and maximize customer value

  • Leverage data and customer insights to optimize onboarding, activation, and expansion strategies

  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
