We are looking for a motivated and curious Account Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the management of a portfolio of ~100 buyers, helping to drive growth and improve retention.
This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of account management, build relationships over the phone, and gain hands-on experience working with multiple buyers each day. We’re looking for someone who is organised, data-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are
Fluent in English & Polish
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to collaborate within a team-driven environment while also being capable of working independently
Honesty and integrity, being able to own up to your mistakes
High energy and positive attitude
A drive to learn new things
An ability to understand customer needs and effectively convey how Qogita's products and services can address those needs

Use automation, and tooling to drive efficiency and maximize customer value
Leverage data and customer insights to optimize onboarding, activation, and expansion strategies
Define and track KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
