Who you are
You’re an analytical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of operations, data, and client delivery. You enjoy turning complexity into structure and driving scalable solutions.

You may have a STEM or business background and want to apply your analytical and operational mindset to real-world business challenges. You’re comfortable with data, love process optimization, and are excited to collaborate both internally and directly with enterprise clients to improve performance and impact.

What we’re looking for
  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in operations, consulting, analytics, supply chain, or project management, ideally in a high-growth B2B, tech, or marketplace environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, you enjoy working with data to uncover insights, optimize processes, and improve KPIs
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally (commercial, logistics, finance, product) and interacting with clients or external partners
  • Hands-on and highly organized: you can drive projects from idea to execution with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with enterprise customers in a structured, professional way
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language.

The Enterprise Team specifically onboards and manages Qogita’s highest value and most operationally complex buyers, providing a white-glove service to support their growth and exceed service expectations.

What you'll be working on
  • Support the Enterprise team in scaling high-value client operations, ensuring flawless order execution, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance
  • Act as an operational point of contact for enterprise clients, helping troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure seamless delivery
  • Drive operational improvement projects (e.g. process automation, packaging optimization, data consistency, KPI monitoring)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Product teams to solve client problems and improve workflows
  • Analyze performance data (fulfilment rates, claims, pricing trends, etc.) and proactively share insights with both clients and internal teams
  • Project-manage internal and client-facing initiatives, coordinating cross-team efforts to remove blockers and implement scalable solutions
  • Contribute to customer success and account support, helping translate operational excellence into commercial growth
