- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, operations, or a startup environment
- Proven track record of closing deals or driving commercial outcomes
- Experience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments (startup, scale-up, new market entry, etc.)
- Strong commercial instincts: you understand value, pricing, negotiation, and incentives
- Analytical: comfortable working with data, pricing, and structured problem solving
- Entrepreneurial: you move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait for instructions
- You push - you don’t accept blockers at face value
- Strong communicator: confident with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and getting things done end-to-end
- Based in NL, able to be in the Amsterdam office 4 x per week
Your core focus will be acquiring and activating enterprise accounts in a new category - turning cold start into real GMV.

- Identify and unlock new customer segments
- Build and own a pipeline of enterprise accounts
- Find and engage decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and understand buying behavior
- Drive commercial conversations and close deals
- Turn first orders into repeat volume
We are looking for generalists who:
- can sell, but also figure things out when there is no playbook
- are comfortable operating across sales, strategy, operations, and analytics
- can open new markets and customer segments, not just manage inbound pipelines
What you’ll work on
You will help build the category through enterprise acquisition and execution:
Enterprise Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Build and prioritize a pipeline of enterprise buyers
- Identify decision-makers and run outbound outreach
- Qualify accounts and drive conversations toward closing
- Convert interest into first orders and repeat volume
- Structure deals, pricing, and commercial strategies
- Identify high-potential brands, SKUs, and supply gaps
- Run analysis to unlock opportunities and improve performance
- Work cross-functionally to unblock deals and onboard accounts
- Diagnose conversion issues and fix root causes
- Own key initiatives end-to-end and build the playbook
