We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to join Qogita’s Enterprise Team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, process improvement, and customer success, supporting our most valuable and operationally complex buyers. You will help ensure operational excellence across the enterprise business by managing and improving workflows for order placement and post-order service. This internship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade sales operations and logistics in a fast-growing B2B marketplace.

  • You’ll support enterprise customer operations, streamline ordering workflows, and help unblock customer growth through tailored solutions.
  • Your goal will be to improve order size, lead times, fulfilment rates, and customer satisfaction, while contributing insights that shape scalable processes and product improvements.

What we're looking for
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a financial, operational or analytical focus (e.g. Business, Operations, Economics, Engineering, Data, or a related field).
  • Prior experience with internships, coursework, or projects related to operations, process improvement, supply chain, consulting, or customer support are preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) are essential. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce) is a plus.

What you’ll be working on
  • Supporting operational excellence across enterprise orders, tracking lead times, fulfilment rates, and identifying root causes of issues
  • Helping drive process improvements across Qogita’s order workflow, bridging and documenting gaps between customer expectations and current product or operational capabilities
  • Providing structured feedback to the Product team based on recurring operational issues and enterprise customer needs
  • Assisting with the enterprise claims process, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with customers
  • Managing and coordinating custom enterprise requirements, helping unblock customer growth and scale
  • Creating reports, trackers, and documentation to improve visibility and consistency across enterprise sales and operations
  • Reporting to: Head of Enterprise
  • Collaborating with: Enterprise Account Managers, Logistics, Product, and Customer Support teams
