- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- Background in the Health & Beauty industry (strong advantage)
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in German and preferably Dutch
- Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and supplier visits

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential suppliers through cold calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings, effectively presenting Qogita’s unique value proposition.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads with timely follow-ups to guide them through the sales funnel and maintain strong engagement.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate prices, address objections, and close deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately document sales activities, lead interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM for reliable tracking and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with lead generation team, marketing, and seller success teams to ensure a cohesive supplier experience and align with broader company objectives.
