The Buyer Success team owns the full post-acquisition relationship with Qogita's B2B buyers - driving engagement, retention, and growth across an active buyer portfolio.

As an Account Manager, your mission is to grow and retain a portfolio of ~100 B2B buyers, turning strong relationships and commercial insight into measurable increases in monthly spend and long-term platform loyalty.
  • Portfolio ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of ~100 B2B buyers, driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the full account lifecycle
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new buyers, communicating Qogita's value proposition clearly and guiding them to first meaningful success on the platform
  • Relationship development: Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, delivering proactive commercial insights and support to increase monthly spend
  • Outreach and activation: Execute segmented outreach using automation, playbooks, and data-driven triggers to improve activation and drive operational efficiency
  • Performance tracking: Define and track KPIs to measure portfolio health, iterate on what's working, and surface insights to the wider team
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Supply, Operations, and Product teams to resolve buyer issues and feed commercial intelligence back into the business
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role - ideally within high-growth B2B tech, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Clear, confident communicator in both written and verbal interactions - able to align buyers and internal stakeholders on a single outcome
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely across cross-functional teams
  • Honest, accountable, and solutions-focused - you own your results and your learning moments
  • Strong customer intuition and commercial acumen - you identify needs and connect them to value without waiting to be asked
