You are a driven and curious individual currently finalizing studies for a degree in a STEM field, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline. You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll play a key role in assisting our operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes and contribute to Qogita’s mission of delivering exceptional service standards.

• Assist in managing operations, including metrics and performance, tracking, supplier coordination and unblocking operational issues
• Work closely with our suppliers to deliver the best experience possible (fast, reliable delivery) to our end customers
• Help improve internal processes for shipping, and warehouse management
• Work with the logistics team to monitor and track shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes
• Contribute to projects focused on enhancing logistics performance, reducing costs, and improving supply chain efficiency
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners
• Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our operations
• Play a vital role in Qogita’s success by building and refining processes that keep our operations running smoothly.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Confidence using, or a willingness to learn, tools such as CRMs, admin portals, monitoring systems, and business analytics platforms.
• A curiosity for technology - you enjoy tinkering with new tools and finding smarter ways of working.
• Based in, or able to commute to, our Amsterdam office at least four days per week.
• Enrolled at a Dutch university with the right to work in the Netherlands.
• Available to start in September 2026.
