The Business Development team is responsible for acquiring new customers across Qogita's markets, from initial engagement through to first order.

As a Business Development Intern, you will help facilitate inbound opportunities from the US market. You will speak with prospective buyers, understand their business and purchasing needs, identify where Qogita can add value, and support them through to their first order. You will work primarily with US customers, starting your working day at 14:00 to align with US business hours. Fluency in Spanish is required to support Spanish-speaking customers across the market. This role suits someone who is commercially minded, confident in customer conversations, and comfortable taking responsibility for moving opportunities forward.

  • Support inbound qualification: Help review and qualify inbound leads from retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers and distributors in the US market against our target customer criteria.
  • Engage with leads: Respond to inbound enquiries across calls, email and chat, helping turn initial interest into qualified opportunities for the Business Development team.
  • Keep our CRM up to date: Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in HubSpot, helping the team keep track of opportunities and ensure good data quality.
  • Tailor your approach: Learn how to adapt messaging for different buyer personas and market contexts, communicating with customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Work closely with the team: Collaborate with Business Development and Growth to share insights from conversations with prospects and help improve our approach to inbound acquisition.
  • Learn from performance: Track key metrics such as response times and meeting conversion, using data and feedback to understand what works and contribute to the team's performance.
  • Explore new opportunities: Help identify patterns, insights and opportunities in the inbound funnel and contribute ideas on how we can improve our sales motion.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build rapport with SMB suppliers
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable working with systems and tooling, including CRM and AI tools
  • Able to gather insights, identify opportunities and help shape the sales motion alongside the team
  • Ready to join in October 2026 and work 14:00–22:00 CEST, aligned with US market hours
