Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present Reco’s solutions
  • Drive sales processes by delivering compelling technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation
  • Assist customers in integrating Reco's solutions into their security stack
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, SaaS, and cloud security

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in customer service and relationship management
  • Experience in cybersecurity, especially in early-stage startups
  • Background in SaaS, Cloud, and Identity Security (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
